Job Description
TRG Screen is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting reporting, analytics, and data management activities that enable accurate decision-making, operational efficiency, and high-quality client service.
You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards, standardized reports, and analytical outputs that provide visibility into business performance, market data activity, and operational trends. This role will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, data quality efforts, and reporting automation.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support both internal operations and client needs.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for operational and client reporting.
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights that support business and client objectives.
Maintain and validate reporting datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Support invoice, inventory, and client data reporting through reconciliation and quality checks.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-specific and internal reporting documentation.
Partner with team leads and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely, accurate analytical outputs.
Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles.
Support data visualization and metric development to improve visibility into operational performance.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and workflow enhancements.
Provide analytical support for ad hoc requests, business reviews, and operational initiatives.
Ensure reporting processes are aligned with established standards, controls, and service expectations.
Deliver excellent service and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar is preferred.
Familiarity with data management, reconciliation, and reporting best practices.
Experience with market data management tools such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or MDSL is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Good understanding of dashboards, KPI reporting, and metric tracking.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Exposure to process improvement and reporting automation is a plus.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools would be beneficial
