The Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Modernisation and Enablement team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in administration and co-ordination who is looking to develop their career in a client-facing, project-management environment.

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly and efficiently onto TRG Screen's suite of products. You will act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, helping to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience from day one.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new TRG Screen clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, building strong relationships and managing expectations effectively
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and resolve issues
  • Maintain and update onboarding project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
  • Facilitate client calls and meetings, documenting key actions and decisions
  • Identify and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner
  • Support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation
  • Contribute to internal reporting on onboarding status and client progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and across Customer Operations to ensure a smooth handover post-onboarding

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a administration, operations, project coordination, or similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience working within a SaaS, financial services, or data management environment
  • Familiarity with client onboarding or implementation processes
  • Experience working with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Asana)
