
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Role:
TRG Screen is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Global Talent Team and the Director of Operations & Site Lead.
You’ll work closely with our team to maintain a consistent, high-quality, and candidate-focused recruitment process. Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and a relationship-driven approach are important, as this role will play a key part in helping us grow our teams globally while providing an excellent candidate experience. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in recruiting for technical and business roles, deep experience using applicant tracking systems, and a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach. This role is critical to maintaining consistency, quality, and a high-touch candidate experience as we scale our teams globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Build trust with stakeholders by advising on talent market trends, pipeline health, and hiring best practices.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, especially in the tech and data markets, and apply best practices to attract high-quality candidates.
- Track, analyze, and share recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and hiring efficiency.
- Support hiring events to increase brand visibility and expand the candidate pool.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Team to refine processes, improve tools, and scale recruitment operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector
- Proven track record in direct sourcing with minimal reliance on third-party agencies
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices
- Proficient in utilizing a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri) to identify top talent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and maintains strict confidentiality
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with familiarity in Greenhouse preferred
