This role requires an exceptional engineer who recognizes the role of empathetic listening and inclusivity within team contexts to influence and inspire others to identify, design, and execute on opportunities and initiatives that move the dial for our customers and business.
The ideal candidate will be visionary, innovative, and skilled in uniting functions, teams, systems, and processes to provide consistent and exceptional experiences for stakeholders. We are a rapidly expanding business. This role demands an individual who can roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute complex and timed automated processes using Automation Anywhere.
- Log into portals, acquire specific documents, and download them to specified folders on local machines or server-mapped drives.
- Deliver document digitization solutions.
- Script using Python and schedule tasks at a server level.
- Deliver end-to-end service function automation utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and SQL Server.
- Develop and deploy BOTs using Azure Web App and Azure AI Bots.
- Work with open-source databases.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish robust knowledge management practices to capture and share expertise across the team.
- Implement a rigorous quality assurance framework to monitor and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in automation or AI engineering.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developing complex automated processes using Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in logging into portals, acquiring specific documents, and downloading them to specified folders.
- Experience in document digitization is an advantage.
- Proficiency in scripting using Python and task scheduling at a server level.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- AI Model Development: Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models using Microsoft AI Builder
- AI Prompt Engineering: Expertise in creating and optimizing AI prompts for various applications
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including:
- Azure Bot Services: Experience in developing and deploying chatbots using Azure Bot Services
- Azure Machine Learning: Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning for building and training AI models
- Azure AI Foundry SDK: Ability to develop AI applications using Azure AI Foundry SDK
- Experience with AI model development and release management, including:
- Release Management: Planning, scheduling, and controlling the build, testing, and deployment of AI models
- Monitoring and Feedback: Continuous monitoring of AI models post-deployment to ensure performance and compliance
- Experience with open-source databases.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to roll up sleeves, take ownership, and get the job done.
