TRG Screen is seeking a Market Data Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Managed Services team in Singapore. We are looking for a motivated graduate with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client advocacy. In this role, you will support our global client base by ensuring services are delivered accurately and on time, while gaining valuable exposure to the financial services and market data industries.

As a Market Data Analyst, you will work alongside senior colleagues to deliver industry-leading services, monitor and maintain key market data processes, and respond to client queries. You will also contribute to strategic projects within Managed Services, building problem-solving capabilities and deepening your understanding of subscription and market data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of market data inventory and invoice management for multiple clients
• Developing strong working relationships with clients and vendors
• Ensuring service delivery aligns to client expectations
• Contributing to process improvement and standardization initiatives expectations
• Creating and maintaining client specific documentation
• Contributing to strategic projects across the managed service group
• Providing product support to clients, and liaising with other teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Strong proficiency in both, English and Japanese language is a must

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business or similar, or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong proficiency in both, English and Japanese language is a must.
• Technical aptitude and forensic skills to identify and effectively escalate product issues
• Self-managed self-starter, confident and accountable for their work
• Attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask and work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills paired with an understanding of how to proactively manage recurring client issues
• Ability to work and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
