Talent Sourcing & HR Admin Specialist, Bangalore
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who loves a mix of people-focused work and process-focused work. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of Talent Sourcing and HR Operations, supporting both our recruiting engine and our day-to-day HR workflows.
You’ll spend about half your time helping us find great talent across India and globally, and the other half supporting HR processes like onboarding, data management, documentation, and employee support. If you're someone who enjoys variety, keeps things organized, and brings a friendly and polished communication style — this role will be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing (50%)
· Proactively source candidates across tech and non-tech roles using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
· Screen inbound applications and conduct initial qualification calls.
· Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams and maintain a smooth, positive candidate experience.
· Maintain clean, accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future roles.
· Support internal referral programs and employer branding initiatives.
· Track and share sourcing and pipeline metrics to help improve hiring outcomes.
· Assist with onboarding planning and logistics for new hires as needed.
HR Administration (50%)
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Team in India.
· Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, coordination, and communication with cross-functional teams.
· Help manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, benefits, and general support needs.
· Assist with policy documentation, compliance updates, and internal communications.
· Support engagement initiatives, small team events, and ad-hoc HR projects.
· Contribute to reporting, HR dashboards, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
· 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, HR admin, or a blended HR/TA support role.
· Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills — someone who can represent TRG Screen warmly and professionally.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
· A self-starter with a “jump-in-and-help” mentality.
· Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
· A team-oriented, solutions-focused mindset.
