TRG Screen is looking for a skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network operations, troubleshooting, and support, with a focus on maintaining high availability and performance of enterprise network systems.  

Responsibilities 

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. 

• Provide Level 2/3 support for network-related incidents and service requests. 

• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and uptime. 

• Perform network performance tuning and capacity planning. 

• Implement and maintain network security protocols and compliance standards. 

• Manage network documentation, diagrams, and change control processes. 

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. 

• Assist in network upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning. 

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network support or administration. 

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting. 

• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet devices. 

• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. 

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios. 

• Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). 

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent. 

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure). 

• Exposure to SD-WAN, VoIP, and wireless technologies. 

• Hands-on experience in Sophos XG Firewall, Central Endpoint, or Intercept X
