Assistant Human Resources Manager, Bangalore 

The Role:
As an Assistant HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day HR operations. From managing data and documentation to assisting with ad-hoc projects and employee engagement initiatives, you'll be the kind of person who jumps in where needed. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to grow their HR career in a dynamic environment.

Our success is built on innovation, collaboration, and a people-first mindset, and our HR team is at the heart of it all. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant HR Manager to support our Manager, HRBP and help drive an exceptional employee experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day support for the HRBP by assisting with various HR initiatives and processes.
  • Manage confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general support needs.
  • Execute administrative tasks to support the HR team as needed.
  • Contribute to company-wide HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
  • Support policy implementation, internal communications, and compliance documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8–10 years of experience in HR, including roles such as HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Assistant (experience in a tech environment is a plus).
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • A true team player with a “no task too small” mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus).
