The Role
The Customer Education Specialist is a senior role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs that accelerate customer adoption of TRG Screen solutions while driving commercial value through our training offerings. This position plays a pivotal role in transforming customer education into a revenue-generating business unit, ensuring customers achieve maximum value realization from their TRG Screen investments.
This senior position focuses on creating and executing comprehensive customer education strategies that not only enhance customer success but also generate measurable commercial returns. The Customer Education Specialist will leverage deep expertise in TRG Screen solutions to develop scalable training programs, establish pricing models for educational services, and identify opportunities to monetize our training capabilities. Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams, this role will transform customer education from a support function into a strategic revenue driver while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
1) Training Program Development & Delivery
- Design and develop comprehensive, revenue-generating training programs tailored to different customer segments and skill levels
- Create diverse training content including interactive modules, video tutorials, certification programs, and microlearning assets
- Deliver engaging live training sessions (virtual and in-person) across various customer personas and industries
- Transform traditional training approaches by implementing innovative learning methodologies and scalable technologies
2) Commercial Training Strategy
- Develop and execute commercialization strategy for TRG Screen training offerings
- Establish pricing models and packages for premium training services and certification programs
- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate revenue from educational content and workshops
- Create tiered training offerings (basic, premium, enterprise) to maximize commercial potential
- Track and report on training revenue targets and commercial KPIs
3) Customer Success & Value Realization
- Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve programs and commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with customer success teams to link training outcomes with customer retention and expansion opportunities
- Own the feedback loop to communicate customer insights to product and UX teams
- Ensure training programs directly contribute to customer value realization and ROI
4) Product Expertise & Market Intelligence
- Maintain deep expertise in all TRG Screen solutions, including the flagship Optimize Spend Platform
- Stay current with product developments, new releases, and competitive landscape
- Support customers migrating from legacy platforms such as INFOmatch
- Develop expertise in key customer use cases and industry best practices
5) Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams to identify training opportunities that support deal closure and expansion
- Work with product teams to ensure training content aligns with product roadmap and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing to promote commercial training offerings
- Support internal teams with training delivery as needed
6) Revenue Targets
- Design and attainment of annual training revenue target
- Maintain training program profit margin of minimum 60%
- Generate 15% of total training revenue from premium/certification programs
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training and development with demonstrated commercial success
- Proven track record of developing and launching revenue-generating training programs
- Experience with pricing strategies and commercial models for educational services
- Experience in customer success or customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple commercial priorities
- Experience with learning management systems, content authoring tools, and training technologies
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize commercial performance
- Professional interest in developing innovative, market-leading training programs

Salary Range
$120,000 - $130,000 USD
