(Senior) Marine Travel Expert

As we grow our network of travel partners and deepen our value proposition in the crew travel space, we’re looking for a (Senior) Marine Travel Expert to lead the way. This is a cross-functional role that blends operational execution, strategic thinking, and relationship-building. You’ll take full ownership of our travel partner success workflows—making sure our partners are well-supported, our customers get more value, and our internal teams stay aligned.
What you'll do
Operations & Ownership

Act as the primary point of contact for all travel agency partners and internal travel partner-related queries (e.g. from Customer Success or Product).

Lead the onboarding process for new travel agency partners, ensuring smooth integration with the Tilla platform.

Provide training, resources, and ongoing education to maximize partner adoption and satisfaction.

Maintain and regularly update the travel agency database and offerings.

Resolve partner issues and concerns quickly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Strategy & Enablement

Develop and continuously improve workflows and processes that make it easier for customers to manage their travel agency relationships.

Drive initiatives to expand the value Tilla delivers to travel partners, aligned with the broader strategic direction of the company.

Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, including defining and reporting on relevant KPIs.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to identify gaps, surface customer and partner needs, and unlock additional value.

Research, map, and evaluate competitors and travel tech players to inform strategy and product development.
Education & Collaboration

Act as the internal expert on travel partner success—educating colleagues across Tilla (especially CS and Product) on travel workflows, partner capabilities, and value levers.

Foster strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders and champion their voice within the company.

Stay current with trends in the travel and travel tech space, especially within the maritime segment.
Who you are

You have strong operational skills and can manage complex workflows, but you’re also a strategic thinker who sees the bigger picture.

You bring deep knowledge of the travel tech space—ideally with experience in marine travel or maritime operations.

You’re experienced in partnership management, commercial roles, or customer success.

You’re a great communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, Product, Engineering, and senior leadership.

You’re customer- and partner-centric, and know how to balance internal goals with external value.

You’re resourceful, autonomous, and get things done without needing close supervision.

You understand software and can work effectively in a tech-driven company.
