Devonshire Square, London

April 14th 2026 Start Date

Have you mastered the art of communication during your language studies? Passionate about weaving compelling narratives and cultivating meaningful relationships? Thrive in an environment where merit shines over tenure?

If this sounds like you, it’s time to discover what’s possible at Thurn Partners. Welcome to the team redefining success.

Who are we?

At Thurn Partners, we don’t just connect people - we build relationships that transform businesses. We are a specialist executive search firm with a strong presence across North America and Western Europe, focused exclusively on the Alternative Investment Management sector. Our mission? To connect the leadership teams of hedge funds, trading firms, and investment managers with the very best talent in investment, research, and technology.

Our approach is twofold: harnessing innovative technology and adopting a data-driven, systematic mindset in all that we do. Collaboration is at the core of our culture, fostering an environment where ideas thrive, and continuous improvement is a shared commitment.

Since launching in 2017, we’ve grown consistently year-on-year by hiring carefully, partnering selectively, and delivering outstanding results. Now, we’re continuing to scale - both in London and with a new office opening in Miami in 2026.

There has never been a better time to join us on this journey.

Why Is Thurn Partners the Ideal Destination for Language Graduates?

  • Use Your Language Skills: As a language graduate, you’ll sharpen your communication by crafting clear, engaging content for senior industry leaders.
