Who We Are
We’re a global team built for speed, trust, and impact. As an AI enabled company, AI is integrated across Threecolts from development through to operations, empowering teams to move faster, build better, improve quality, and make more informed decisions. We hire exceptional people from all backgrounds and give them the autonomy to move fast and the accountability to deliver, where you will wear multiple hats, take ownership of challenges, and proactively solve problems beyond your immediate scope. Change is constant, ambiguity is part of the deal, and clear, concise communication is how we stay aligned, so when in doubt, bring people in.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of Amazon and Walmart sellers, with accountability for delivering consistent, measurable financial outcomes through our profit recovery services. The role is hands-on, combining customer ownership with operational oversight to ensure execution quality and retention.
Maintain end-to-end visibility across audits, claims, and recovery workflows, ensuring activity is progressing accurately and at pace. Identify delays, gaps, and missed recovery opportunities early, and drive them through to resolution in partnership with Service Delivery teams.
Analyse account-level data to uncover discrepancies, recovery opportunities, and performance trends. Translate findings into clear, actionable insights, ensuring customers understand both the value delivered and where further gains can be made.
Manage day-to-day customer relationships, setting expectations, handling queries, and maintaining strong engagement. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Threecolts products and services where relevant, contributing to expansion across the portfolio.
Operate with consistency and structure across all accounts, ensuring no work is missed, no opportunity is overlooked, and customers receive a reliable, high-quality experience.
