The Role

As a Software Engineer in our SaaS engineering team, you’ll be working at the core of products that power real-world business outcomes. This isn’t just about writing PHP code — it’s about building reliable, scalable backend systems that global users depend on every day. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QA to turn requirements into well-architected features and continuously improve the platform.

This role goes beyond fixing bugs or delivering tasks in isolation. You’ll learn how production-grade SaaS systems are designed, contribute to clean and maintainable codebases, and grow your technical depth through hands-on development and code reviews. We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to evolve as a developer while taking ownership of their work and contributing meaningfully to the team’s success.

Responsibilities: 

• Write clean and efficient PHP code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Assist in implementing features and resolving bugs in the application.
• Follow coding standards and project architecture guidelines.
• Understand task requirements and complete them within assigned timelines.
• Regularly update task status on project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams during development and testing.
• Maintain basic documentation for features and changes made.
• Attend team meetings and actively participate in sprint activities.
• Stay open to learning new technologies and improving development skills. 

Requirements: 

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Git version control (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Ability to understand requirements and follow structured development processes.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
