Job Description

We are seeking a driven, proactive and candidate-centric Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across our Hong Kong office.

While this role manages general local hiring needs across multiple business functions, the core operational focus is centered on driving talent pipelines for our fast-paced Client Services business unit. Additionally, a key strategic priority for this position will be leading specialized Language recruitment initiatives to support hiring for talents who will be supporting our regional client coverage and business expansion. 

You will also drive Early Careers and Campus Recruitment initiatives, maintain strong university relationships, and support broader regional talent acquisition projects. You will collaborate closely with local leadership and hiring managers to design strategic sourcing frameworks, deliver high-volume talent pipelines, and champion the Third Bridge employer brand. 

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle for all open roles across the Hong Kong office, executing phone and video screenings,structured interviewing, shortlisting top-tier talent, offer negotiation and coordinating interviews across internal teams.
  • Language & Specialized Sourcing: Lead dedicated headhunting and talent-mapping initiatives targeting Language speaking candidates (e.g., Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese etc.,) Partner with business heads to deliver high-quality talent pipelines for Client Services associates, senior roles, and general functional requirements. Build and sustain robust passive pipelines using LinkedIn, local channels, and niche networks.
  • Campus Recruitment & Early Careers: Spearhead local campus recruitment campaigns and build year-round partnerships with targeted universities. Plan and attend career fairs, info sessions, on-campus and in-office visits to establish a strong employer brand presence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop consultative, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and People Operations teams. Use recruitment data, market intelligence, and salary insights to guide hiring decisions and manage expectations effectively. 
  • Employer Branding & Initiatives: Partner with Marketing and TA leadership to create engaging, early-career employer branding content and digital campaigns. Contribute to broader global talent acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvements. 
  • Pipeline & Data Management: Ensure accurate candidate management, ATS tracking, and recruitment reporting to measure performance, conversion rates, and sourcing efficiency
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency) within professional services, financial services, or fast-paced corporate environments. 
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia alongside English proficiency is required. Additional APAC language is an advantage. Non-Bahasa speakers with strong relevant skills are welcome.
  • Comprehensive Recruitment Capabilities: Proven track record running full-cycle hiring across diverse business functions, with specific strength in high-volume graduate recruitment.
  • Campus & Early Careers Expertise: Experience planning and executing campus recruitment drives, university events, and early-careers hiring campaigns. 
  • Proactive Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Demonstrated expertise in identifying and engaging passive candidates through headhunting, network mapping, and multi-channel candidate generation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partner relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. 
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, balancing immediate operational hiring needs with long-term strategic talent pipelines. 
  • Location: Willing to work in Hong Kong. Visa sponsorship is provided to qualified candidates.
