Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial (20%)

  • Complete straightforward Companies House filings and maintain statutory registers
  • Prepare routine board minutes and resolutions
  • Track filing deadlines and ensure timely compliance across jurisdictions

  • Process trade mark watch notices and flag potential conflicts to regional counsels
  • Conduct basic trade mark availability searches on national registries
  • Record assignments, licences, and changes of ownership on IP registers
  • Keep IP schedules in contracts accurate and up to date
  • Support Legal Counsel on IP due diligence by collating and organising registers

Legal Management & Documentation (20%)

  • Coordinate updates to legal policies, playbooks and templates and maintain current versions among various teams
  • Review and refresh legal websites and intranet pages
  • Maintain legal policies with robust version control
  • Arrange signatures, coordinate execution logistics, and collate KYC/KYV information
  • Upload, manage, and process legal invoices on NetSuite
  • Support the wider legal team with process improvement initiatives

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Reliable, proactive, and collaborative – you follow through on tasks and naturally look for ways to improve how things work

Desirable:
