Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:    

We are seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to deliver reporting and analytics that drive business decisions. Core responsibilities include analyzing pipeline health, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring accurate commission calculations.  While reliably executing our recurring reporting rhythms, you will also desire to create impactful ad hoc analyses on sales performance trends, helping to shape our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution.  

Your profile: 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance across a variety of leading and lagging indicators to target 
  • Assist in monitoring pipeline quality and alignment with pipeline management and forecasting procedures  
  • Manage and optimize commission plans, ensuring accurate calculation, tracking, and timely payout of commissions for sales teams. 
  • Prepare ad hoc performance insights on trends such as deal cycles, conversion rates, and leading indicators of growth  
  • Attend weekly forecasting calls with sales team members and assist on process and system questions to ensure forecast accuracy 

You will be great for this position if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred 
  • 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a highly analytical, cross-functional role such as revenue operations, sales strategy & planning, management consulting, finance, sales operations, or business analysis functions. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools 
  • Experience with sales and marketing tech stack including Salesforce.com 
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity 
  • Exceptionally motivated and driven self-starter 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a highly deadline-driven environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willingness to work on-site in Denver, minimum of 3 days/week 
  • English fluency

Compensation: think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying position salary of $85K - 120K/yr. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any think-cell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. think-cell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
