What You Will Do 

The Solution Consulting Team bridges product capabilities with customer value. We run live demos, support pilots, and create content such as how-to guides, product overviews, and selling stories. We also equip account managers with compelling narratives and maintain knowledge bases to optimize the user experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Master the product – Deep-dive into think-cell’s functionalities and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Create impactful content – Develop product guides, training materials, and user documentation.
  • Ensure quality – Identify usability issues and provide feedback to improve the product.
  • Analyze the market – Research industry trends and competitors to strengthen positioning.
  • Support demos & training – Help prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Keep things running smoothly – Assist in team coordination, documentation, and knowledge management. 

You will be great for this position if you have 

  • Previous consulting experience - Prior internship or working student experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical business environment.
  • Analytical mindset – Ability to connect product capabilities with customer needs.
  • Strong communication – Clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Interest in SaaS, consulting, and productivity tools – Passion for software and business efficiency.
  • Content creation skills – Experience in writing guides, documentation, or knowledge management.
  • Detail-oriented & organized – Capable of tracking tasks and structuring information effectively.
  • Fluent English – Additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint & data visualization – Prior experience is a strong advantage. 
  • Willingness to work on-site in our Berlin office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day
