What You Will Do
We are looking for a junior SEO manager to help optimize our online presence across all key markets and regions, ensuring effective website performance and growing visibility across search engines and LLMs. In this position, you will be part of the global marketing team, working directly with our SEO and CRO lead, as well as the other team members and stakeholders from product, web development, revenue operations and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting full technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexing, broken links, robots.txt, XML sitemap health. Use tools like SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
- Monitor and resolve broken internal/external links and redirect chains.
- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility of our website, including alt text for images.
- Review on‑page elements: unique title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structures, keyword placement.
- Facilitate page creation and –updates in various languages.
- Support keyword research and implementation to drive organic traffic, target high-value search queries, and optimize service pages.
- Maintain internal linking strategy to distribute link equity and improve crawl depth.
- Assist with Matomo analytics monitoring: index coverage, click/impressions, crawl errors.
- Provide regular reporting on SEO performance (rankings, traffic, click-through rate, technical errors).
- Support keyword tracking and competitive benchmarking.
- Work with our content team to support SEO-first content planning.
- Coordinate implementation of redirects, canonical tags, structured data, and metadata updates with developers.
- Ensure that think-cell's online appearance is aligned with brand and development guidelines while optimizing pages.
You will be great for this position if you have
- 1–3 years in SEO, ideally on the technical / on‑page side; understanding of B2B SaaS SEO preferred.
- Experience with Matomo, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights or similar tools.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g. SEMrush) and analytics reporting.
- Basic CMS knowledge, ideally in statamic.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage audit-related tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for continuous SEO learning and staying up‑to‑date on best practices.
This role requires a minimum of three days per week in-office presence at our Berlin office.
