Your Mission
We’re on the lookout for a proactive, creative, and data-savvy Active Sourcer to help us find and engage top tech talent. You will be the driving force behind our technical talent pipelines, using smart sourcing strategies, market insights, and relationship-building skills to connect great people with exciting opportunities at think-cell.
You'll play a critical role in building our tech teams by:

Identifying and approaching passive candidates across sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and more.

Using Boolean search, X-Ray, and automation tools to build strategic sourcing pipelines for Engineering, Product, and other technical roles.

Creating engaging outreach messages that reflect our brand and excite candidates.

Collaborating closely with our technical hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.

Delivering market insights, data, and feedback to continuously improve our hiring approach.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

2–5 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.

Proven sourcing skills across channels and platforms — LinkedIn Recruiter is second nature to you.

A strong sense of ownership and a strategic mindset — you don’t just fill roles, you build pipelines and shape the future of hiring.

Experience working closely with hiring managers and understanding technical role requirements.

Fluency in English; German is a plus.
