
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech (f/m/d)

Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals across Engineering, Product, and other technical domains.

Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies, using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others to engage high-quality passive candidates.

Leveraging tools and data — including Boolean search, X-Ray, and sourcing automation — to build and maintain robust, forward-looking talent pipelines.

Crafting compelling candidate experiences through personalized, brand-aligned outreach and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process.

Delivering market intelligence and insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor trends to inform hiring decisions and optimize our recruiting approach.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
- Ownership: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German is a plus, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in sourcing candidates using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
- Problem-Solving ability: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess and match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Team Player: While working independently, the recruiter should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align efforts with company-wide talent goals.
- Stakeholder Management skills: ability to act as a true advisor for the stakeholders, knowing when to bring insights about the market and the process
