People Partner and Operations Specialist, US

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated People Partner & HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Denver. In this exciting role, you’ll wear multiple hats and work at the intersection of people strategy and operational excellence. 
 
As the right hand to the General Manager for the US, you’ll be a trusted partner and advisor, helping drive HR initiatives and business goals forward. You'll also be a key member of the global HR team, reporting to the Global Head of People and contributing to international people strategies. 

What You’ll Do:

  • People Partnering: Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance on people matters, drive engagement, and support professional growth. 
  • Payroll Management: Work with our HR and Finance team in Berlin to assist with the accurate and timely payroll processing for our US workforce. 
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensure a seamless experience, and evaluate ways to enhance offerings. 
  • Policy Development: Maintain, refine, and communicate HR policies to align with company values and compliance requirements. 
  • Orientation: Handle new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and orientation, and manage employee records and HR compliance documentation. 
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute local company events that build culture and connection. 
  • HR Budget Management: Manage the US HR budget to maximize resources and deliver impactful programs. 
  • Administrative: Since we are a small but mighty team, this person will also be responsible for some of the weekly administrative tasks around our office (ordering office supplies and snacks and other requests as needed). 
  • Special Projects: Participate in and own HR projects as requested by leadership. 

 What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 4+ years of HR experience in a generalist, operations, or people partner role. 
  • Understanding US labor law, payroll processes, HRIS systems, and benefits administration. 
  • Experience crafting and rolling out HR policies and compliance initiatives. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you're approachable, empathetic, and solution-oriented. 
  • A knack for event planning, balancing the details while creating fun and meaningful experiences. 
  • Budget management experience is a plus but not required. 

Please note that think-cell Software has a hybrid work schedule, and we require this role to be on-site in our Downtown Denver office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000, depending on background and experience.
