Account Manager- Japan (all genders)

You will be great for this position if you have
- 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g. account mgmt., sales, customer success, business development) in SaaS / software or tech company – ideally in a start-up or scale-up setting.
- University Degree, preferably in business or computer science, or related field.
- Local work experience in Japan (Tokio)
- Experience in navigating organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large customers.
- Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io).
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Appreciation of our product – willingness to understand think-cell’s product is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tokio, minimum of 3 days/week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Japanese languages is a must, any additional APAC language is a plus
