Kitchen Porter - Hale Country Club & Spa

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join us at Hale Country Club & Spa

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.

Main duties of the role: 

• Basic food preparation 
• Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas
• Unloading and putting away deliveries
• Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
• Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
• Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen and luxury establishment
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulation
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Time management
• Critical thinking skills
• Food preparation skills such as vegetable preparation
