Role Overview: 
You would be joining a new sales team focussed solely on selling our Fulfilment proposition. This proposition is a key driver in the growth of the wider business meaning you will be able to make a demonstrable impact quickly.

This is a true hunter role where you would be managing end to end deal processes. The focus is on mid and enterprise level clients looking take products direct to a consumer. You will be armed with one of the strongest Fulfilment propositions on the market, pushing automation and innovation.

What will I be doing?

  • Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and proactive follow-up on marketing-generated leads.

  • Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of fulfilment and logistics opportunities across the UK and EMEA regions.

  • Developing a deep understanding of each prospect’s eCommerce model, supply chain challenges, and operational needs to position Ingenuity’s fulfilment solutions effectively.

  • Collaborating with commercial, operations, and solutions teams to create tailored fulfilment proposals that meet client requirements for scalability, service levels, and cost efficiency.

  • Working closely with marketing and SDRs to refine campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies for priority sectors and decision-makers such as eCommerce Directors, Supply Chain Managers, and Brand Owners.

  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement data in our CRM to support effective reporting and planning.

  • Contributing to account growth by identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell into adjacent Ingenuity services such as delivery management, packaging optimisation, and returns processing.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a seamless handover to onboarding and operations teams post-sale.

  • Staying informed on eCommerce, retail, and logistics industry trends to support consultative selling and build long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a growth-focused sales role within Fulfilment or Logistics sales (Can be SaaS or Logistics solutions, we are keen to find fulfilment experts)
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to uncover client needs and align them with solutions. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach and a client-first attitude
