As our Staff Meal Chef de Partie, you get complete creative control over the most important table of the day. You will design, prep, and cook wholesome, delicious daily family meals that keep our entire crew fueled, happy, and energized. You are the culinary hero behind the scenes who turns lunch break into a daily highlight. We love big flavors, dietary creativity, and a genuine passion for good comfort food. What You’ll Do
- Design and cook fresh, balanced daily meals for the entire team.
- Plan varied weekly menus that cater to different tastes and dietary needs.
- Manage your daily prep work and keep your station spotless.
- Track ingredients, handle orders, and keep food waste to a minimum.
- Maintain clean kitchen standards and routine hygiene checks in your area.
- Bring fresh ideas and comfort food classics to keep meal times exciting.
What You’ll Have
- You have experience as a Chef de Partie or strong cook who loves feeding groups.
- You bring passion for creating varied, tasty, and nutritious high-volume meals.
- You have a creative mindset with a solid understanding of dietary preferences and allergens.
- You bring basic digital skills for logging kitchen safety checks and tracking stock.
- You have strong time management skills to hit meal times reliably every day.
- You bring a positive, welcoming attitude that makes team members look forward to lunch.
- You speak English and Spanish, with any additional languages being a bonus.
