F&B Business Marketeer

NL-Hub

Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It

As your Food & Beverage Business Marketeer, you will be the driving force behind the commercial success of our Food & Beverage portfolio across all The Social Hub hubs and destination venues. Based in our central marketing team, you will craft and execute data-driven strategies that grow revenue, deepen guest engagement, and build real brand equity for our restaurants and bars.

F&B is the social heartbeat of everything we do at The Social Hub. From morning coffee to late-night cocktails, the team is small, ambitious, and moves fast. You will lead go-to-market campaigns, guide local marketing leads, and work with creative partners to bring concepts to life. You will also get your hands dirty: writing briefs, reviewing content, pulling reports, and running activations directly for our destination venues.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are (Ahem)…

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, The Social Hub is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student stay, hotel stay, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the F&B marketing strategy. Develop and lead the group-wide approach, aligned with TSH brand positioning for both standard hubs and destination venues
  • Lead destination venues directly. For flagship restaurants and bars, you run the full mix: PR, events, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns, in close partnership with regional marketing leads
  • Enable local teams. Build toolkits and provide clear guidance so local restaurant and bar teams can execute consistently and creatively without reinventing the wheel every time
  • Drive go-to-market for new openings. Lead F&B launch strategies for new hubs and seasonal campaigns, from first brief to post-launch review
  • Manage performance and budgets. Oversee digital marketing, CRM, and booking platforms (e.g., SevenRooms), track KPIs tied to revenue, covers, and guest satisfaction, and make sure every euro is working
  • Shape the content. Oversee production of photography, video, copy, and social assets, with a clear eye for what actually performs

What You’ll Have

  • Relevant experience in marketing within F&B, hospitality or a lifestyle brand, ideally across multiple locations or markets.
  • Proven ability to build and execute campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to live activation and reporting
  • Comfortable with data: you know how to read performance metrics and turn them into decisions, not just slides
  • Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus given our footprint
  • Hands-on with digital marketing tools and booking/CRM platforms. Familiarity with SevenRooms is a bonus

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth
  • Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
  • A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
