What You’ll Do 

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations 
  • Lead sections during service and step in wherever the heat is on 
  • Keep food quality, portioning, and presentation sharp and consistent 
  • Coach and guide Commis Chefs and Stewards through hands-on leadership 
  • Execute dishes true to the concept and help roll out new menu items 
  • Plan prep and mise-en-place to keep service smooth and stress-free 
  • Manage stock rotation, reduce waste, and treat ingredients with respect 
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully aligned with hygiene standards 

What You’ll Have 

  • You bring 1–2 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie 
  • You have a solid background in modern, seasonal cooking with fresh ingredients 
  • You enjoy leading on shift and helping others level up 
  • You understand prep, service flow, and the rhythm of a busy kitchen 
  • You care about food waste, sustainability, and smart kitchen habits 
  • You’re comfortable using digital tools for prep, stock, or planning 
  • You speak English and Spanish, with extra languages as a bonus
