You are the driving force behind our community, turning curious visitors into long-term members. As our Membership Growth Manager, you own the entire journey from the first inquiry to the final contract for everything from dedicated desks to private offices. You aren’t just selling four walls and a chair; you’re pitching a vision of how people work, connect, and grow within The Social Hub.
Beyond just filling seats, you are the architect of our local ecosystem, purposefully curating a diverse, high-quality, and highly relevant membership community. We need someone who lives for the thrill of hitting commercial targets but equally cares about the cultural fabric of the community they are building. If you have a sharp commercial brain, a passion for ecosystem curation, and a love for building deep professional relationships, we want to meet you.

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Execute a bold commercial plan to meet and beat your membership sales and revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and engage founders, creatives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and other relevant profiles that enrich the overall community ecosystem.
- Act as an ambassador for The Social Hub within the Barcelona ecosystem, building strategic relationships with cultural institutions, local businesses, and community leaders.
- Lead high-quality, inspiring tours of the hub that turn leads into loyal members.
- Support the development and growth of our Committee Members program through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Manage your entire sales pipeline in Salesforce, keeping every detail updated and accurate.
- Handle the nitty-gritty admin, from drafting contracts to auditing payments and invoices.
- Work closely with the Member Relations Manager and Program Manager to ensure acquisition efforts perfectly align with community goals and the overall member experience.
- Monitor membership composition to identify opportunities to improve diversity, relevance, and collaboration across the member base.
- Partner with the Member Relations team to create retention plans that keep our community thriving long-term.
How We’ll Measure Your Success
We don't just look at the raw data; we look at the health of our community. Your success will be measured by:
- Membership growth, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Strategic member acquisition and membership composition quality (diversity, relevance, and alignment with TSH values).
- Member participation, activation, and referral rates.
- Committee Member acquisition and ongoing engagement.
- Member churn, retention, and feedback.
What You’ll Have
- You bring at least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within coworking, gyms, or membership clubs.
- You have a bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of driving business growth.
- You bring a mastery of reporting, forecasting, and data analysis to the table.
- You have top-tier negotiation skills and a natural ability to connect with B2B partners.
- You bring a problem-solving mindset that turns obstacles into closed deals.
- You have exceptional communication skills in both English and the local language.
- You bring high energy and a collaborative spirit to a team that works hard and plays hard.
