You’ll sit right at the heart of how we grow, improve, and future-proof our spaces. As our Asset Management Analyst, you turn numbers into smart moves, helping us decide where to invest, what to upgrade, and how to get the most out of every square meter. One day you’re shaping a €250M investment plan, the next you’re spotting opportunities to boost performance across the portfolio. You’ll work closely with teams on the ground, connecting financial thinking with real-life impact in our buildings. What You’ll Do 

• Build financial models that bring investment ideas to life  
• Dive into property performance and spot ways to improve it  
• Support a €250M upgrade program and help shape where the money goes  
• Create business cases for renovations, leases, and new concepts  
• Track how our portfolio is performing against targets and market trends  
• Work with teams across the business to turn plans into real results  
• Prepare clear, sharp presentations that help leadership make decisions  
• Support leasing processes, from renewals to bringing in new tenants  

What You’ll Have 

• You have 3 to 4 years of experience in finance, real estate, or a similar field  
• You bring strong financial modeling skills and love working with data  
• You have solid Excel and PowerPoint skills that go beyond the basics  
• You bring a sharp eye for detail and know how to turn insights into action  
• You have a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or something similar  
• You’re comfortable working with different teams and explaining your thinking clearly  
• You have full professional English, another language is a plus
