As Graphic Design Director, you take the lead in turning big brand ideas into visuals people actually feel, from bold interiors to the smallest printed detail. You’ll work side by side with top-tier creative partners while building something in-house that’s just as sharp. Think of it as running your own creative studio, backed by a brand that’s ready to push boundaries. You’ll set the tone, raise the bar, and make sure every touchpoint looks and feels unmistakably TSH. It’s hands-on, high-impact, and full of freedom. Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the evolution of the TSH masterbrand and make it sharper, bolder, and more distinctive  
  • Turn brand strategy into design systems that actually work across print, digital, and physical spaces  
  • Direct and challenge external agencies while keeping the creative vision tight  
  • Design hands-on when it matters most, setting the standard for quality and craft  
  • Bring consistency across everything from signage to campaigns to collaborations  
  • Manage incoming design requests and keep projects moving without losing focus  
  • Build and mentor an in-house design team that grows with the brand  
  • Represent the brand in key conversations and confidently hold your ground  

What You’ll Have 

  • You have 8 to 12 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design  
  • You bring a strong portfolio that shows both thinking and execution across different touchpoints  
  • You have experience building and working with brand systems, not just one-off designs  
  • You’re comfortable moving between digital, print, and spatial design  
  • You have led or mentored designers and enjoy helping others level up  
  • You bring a sharp eye, clear taste, and the confidence to make decisions  
  • You have experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or retail brands, or you’re ready to jump in fast
