In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are 

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. 

What You’ll Do 

• Welcome members and guests and make them feel at ease from the first second 

• Walk the floor and keep the space clean, organized, and full of energy 

• Connect people by starting conversations and making introductions 

• Guide newcomers with tours and help them settle in with confidence 

• Answer questions about equipment, classes, recovery spaces, and more 

• Support trainers and help set up sessions for a smooth experience 

• Handle check-ins, bookings, and messages without missing a beat 

• Recommend classes, events, and activities that bring people together 

What You’ll Have 

• You have around 1 year of experience in hospitality, gyms, leisure, or similar spaces 

• You bring a natural ease with people and enjoy starting conversations 

• You have a hands-on mindset and stay positive when things get busy 

• You’re comfortable using booking systems and digital tools 

• You have a good eye for detail and notice what others might miss 

• You speak English and the local language 

• You believe a gym should feel welcoming, social, and human
