You take full ownership of our coworking and membership spaces at The Social Hub Amsterdam City and turn them into a place people genuinely love to work from. You are the heartbeat of the floor, leading the team, shaping the daily experience and setting the standard for how our community feels, flows and grows. With a big transformation of our membership spaces coming, you will be right in the middle of building what the next chapter of coworking at The Social Hub looks like.
You blend hospitality instincts with your commercial mindset and know how to turn happy members into loyal ambassadors. You spot friction before it becomes a problem and opportunity before anyone else sees it. You grow people, performance and community at the same time.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our coworking and membership spaces and keep the floor running smoothly.
- Coach, schedule and motivate your team and build a strong culture of ownership and service.
- Create genuine relationships with members through daily presence, check-ins and smart follow-up.
- Host tours and guide prospects towards the right membership solution.
- Drive coworking revenue, occupancy and renewals across Lifestyle, Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships.
- Spot upsell opportunities and help shape attractive membership offers.
- Support and co-create events and networking moments with local teams and the Support Hub.
- Track KPIs, manage costs and continuously improve the member journey.
What You’ll Have
- You bring at least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspaces.
- You have a strong background in customer-facing account management and retention.
- You are a natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example.
- You bring a hands-on, solutions-first mindset and a genuine passion for people and service.
- You are organised, resilient and comfortable juggling priorities in a lively environment.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
