Regional Community Programme Manager (Northern Europe)
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
As a Regional Community Programme Manager, you shape and elevate member experiences across your hubs, bringing connection, belonging and real community to life through our events and programmes. Your mission is to spark meaningful participation both online and offline, making sure every member feels seen, welcomed and genuinely inspired.
Blending smart strategy with hands-on leadership, you turn global initiatives into locally relevant stories, co-create activation plans and support teams in delivering events, partnerships and programmes that actually make an impact.
You guide and connect our Ambassador groups across the region, building strong collaboration through co-created initiatives that reflect the unique energy and needs of every city and hub.
Overseeing and working closely with local teams, you share frameworks, tools, training and insights that help them grow engagement and elevate experiences. By keeping a close eye on member feedback, community metrics and market trends, you continuously raise the bar on our programming and satisfaction, creating a consistent, high-quality member journey that fuels retention, loyalty and a true sense of belonging.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
