As our Food & Beverage Hospitality Trainer, you turn great service into a daily habit, not a one-off moment. You work side by side with teams on the floor, coaching, guiding and inspiring them to bring our standards to life. This role lives where training meets real operations, not behind a desk. You spot what could be better, turn it into hands-on learning, and watch it click. You are trusted, visible and deeply involved. Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver engaging in-person training sessions, both in the classroom and on the floor 
  • Coach teams live during service and turn daily moments into learning opportunities 
  • Spot skill gaps by reviewing performance, guest feedback and audits with local leaders 
  • Support food and beverage teams with supplier trainings and product knowledge sessions 
  • Follow up with refreshers, coaching moments and on-the-job observations 
  • Act as a role model for service excellence and hospitable behaviour 
  • Share insights and progress with the Senior Hospitality Manager 
  • Support teams when new tools, systems or ways of working are introduced 

What You’ll Have 

  • You have a strong background in food and beverage operations and hospitality training 
  • You bring at least 5 years of industry experience, including leadership exposure 
  • You feel confident training and coaching teams in live operational settings 
  • You communicate clearly and connect easily with different cultures and personalities 
  • You understand service standards, guest experience and the flow of operations 
  • You are comfortable using digital tools like POS systems and learning platforms 
  • You are happy to travel up to 25% of the time
