F&B Development Project Manager
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
You’re the person who turns F&B ideas into places people actually want to eat and drink in. As our F&B Development Project Manager, you’ll lead restaurant and bar projects from first concept to opening night, keeping everything moving, aligned, and on track. You’ll work closely with our Director of F&B & Strategy and connect the dots between design, operations, culinary, marketing, and everything in between. This role lives at the heart of our growth, supporting new openings and shaping how our F&B concepts come to life across Europe. You’ll juggle multiple projects at once, spend time on-site when it matters most, and make sure handovers feel smooth, not stressful.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Lead F&B projects end to end, from concept development to opening and stabilization
- Plan timelines, build critical paths, and keep projects moving across multiple teams
- Coordinate with internal teams like Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Design, Tech, and Procurement
- Work with external partners such as concept agencies, kitchen consultants, and branding teams
- Support pre-opening countdowns and be on-site during key phases to drive readiness
- Track progress, flag risks early, and share clear updates with the Director of F&B & Strategy
- Own project governance by defining KPIs, running regular check-ins, and escalating risks or blockers early to keep openings on time, on budget, and on brand
- Continuously research F&B trends, competitor openings, and best-in-class concepts to benchmark performance and inform future concept development and decision-making
- Create project decks, trackers, and documentation that keep everyone aligned
- Feed insights back into future concepts through audits, feedback, and post-opening reviews
What You’ll Have
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant openings or hospitality project coordination
- You bring hands-on exposure to high-volume or lifestyle F&B environments
- You’re confident managing multiple projects and working across different teams
- You communicate clearly and feel comfortable presenting progress and decisions
- You have a solid grip on Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
- You’re fluent in English and extra European languages are a bonus
- You’re open to frequent travel and spending extended time on-site when projects need it
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future
- The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
- The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth
- Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
- A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff
Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
