Senior FP&A Manager Northern Europe
As Senior FP&A Manager for Northern Europe, you are the finance partner who connects operational reality with financial outcomes. This role exists to help our hotels make better financially strong decisions every day, from pricing and cost control to investment choices and long-term value creation. You work closely with hotel General Managers, regional operations leaders, and the CFO to translate performance data into clear actions.
You own the financial view across Northern Europe, covering the UK, The Netherlands, Germany, and Austria. From topline performance to asset value and cash flow, you keep a close eye on what drives results and where improvements can be made. This is a hands-on role with high exposure, where your analysis directly influences operational priorities and commercial strategy.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
