You’re the person who turns ideas into experiences people actually feel. In this role, you take our big vision for how The Social Hub should look, sound, smell and flow and bring it to life in our hubs across Europe. You connect strategy to action, building moments that surprise guests, energize teams, and spark real community. You’ll work side-by-side with UX, Design, Product and local teams to create journeys that feel effortless and emotionally rich. You’ll shape playbooks, test new concepts, guide pilots, and help our hubs deliver that signature spark every single day. This is hands-on, creative work with plenty of room to experiment, improve, and influence.

What You’ll Do
- Map and refine end-to-end journeys with UX partners to spot friction and build moments that connect emotionally
- Turn journey maps into service blueprints with Design and Product
- Build our Experience Playbook across themes like WTF, Welcome, Music, Scent and more
- Shape playbooks for anchor roles and help teams understand how they bring experiences to life
- Create tools with Quality and L&D such as training materials, checklists, and activation guides
- Test and scale experience pilots, from scent programs to wellness concepts to onboarding rituals
- Lead hub implementation plans so teams feel confident, trained, and excited to deliver
- Capture real-time guest feedback and turn insights into improvements across hubs
- Visit & launch pilots in our European hubs
What You’ll Have
- You bring 4+ years of experience in customer experience, hospitality, service design or similar work
- You have hands-on experience with journey mapping, playbooks, and rolling out concepts across locations
- You enjoy working with data and feedback to sharpen experiences
You’re confident running pilots, building processes and guiding teams through change - You have a collaborative style and know how to connect with people across functions and cultures
- You’re creative, curious, and energized by bringing ideas to life
- You speak and write English fluently
