Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It 

You’re the force that turns a good stays into a memorable one. In this role, you bring our Room Experience to life across multiple hubs, shaping how guests feel the moment they walk into our hubs. You’ll guide Front Office and Housekeeping teams, boost quality, and help our operations grow into their next evolution. You’ll be the trainer, the connector, the problem-solver and the spark that keeps our Room Product fresh and human. Your days will be a mix of hands-on coaching, building smart ways of working, and helping hubs shine with confidence. It’s a role with reach, impact and plenty of room to make your mark.

What You’ll Do 

  • Train Room Operations with hands-on, energizing sessions that build confidence and consistency 
  • Roll out new procedures, service standards and tools across hubs 
  • Shape and update our Room product materials, from SOPs to quality productbooks 
  • Turn guest insights into action by working closely with our Quality teams
  • Support hubs during openings, refurbishments and product launches 
  • Guide new team members and partners through inspiring onboarding experiences 
  • Spot improvement opportunities and help hubs fix gaps quickly 
  • Bring field insights to central teams to help shape future Room innovations 

What You’ll Have 

  • You have 3+ years in hospitality management, training and/or implementation
  • You bring strong knowledge of room operations and guest experience 
  • You have engaging training skills that make learning feel natural and energizing 
  • You bring clear communication, cultural awareness and a collaborative mindset 
  • You have a practical, solutions-first approach when tackling challenges 
  • You bring solid project coordination skills and a love for organized execution 
  • You’re fluent in English and excited about The Social Hub's community-driven mission
