As our CRM Lifecycle Specialist, you’ll shape how people connect with The Social Hub from their first “hello” to their next stay, study session, or rooftop drink. You’ll craft smart, human campaigns across email and push that turn one-time guests into loyal community members.

Working closely with our brand, content, and design teams, you’ll bring our voice to life across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do 

  • Define customer lifecycle marketing strategies across email and push, from customer onboarding to re-engagement. 
  • Develop and implement automated and triggered CRM journeys to increase engagement, retention and lifetime value. 
  • Create and maintain global content and editorial guidelines for CRM communications 
  • Partner with brand, content, and design teams to keep our storytelling consistent and fresh 
  • Support local markets with ready-to-roll templates, playbooks, and best practices 
  • Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, test ideas, and grow performance 
  • Experiment with timing, formats, and creative to find what makes our community tick 
  • Collaborate with digital and product teams to keep tools and integrations running smoothly 

What You’ll Have 

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or content-led digital marketing, ideally in a global or multi-market setting
  • You bring strong storytelling skills and a good sense of tone, voice, and audience 
  • Understanding or previous experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) to support Marketing Automation Manager also within the CRM team 
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in campaign analysis and optimization
  • You’re great at connecting with different teams and keeping projects moving 
  • You care deeply about human, authentic customer experiences 
  • You’re fluent in English; any other language is a plus
