You’ll be the financial heartbeat behind our 21 TSH locations, the connection between Finance and Operations. As Interim Head of Business Control Operations, you’ll steer performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate numbers into initiatives that help our teams make smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with our COO and operations team to drive operational excellence and profitability. What You’ll Do

· Lead the monthly reporting process across all 21 TSH locations and own the full P&L.

· Business partner to the COO, regional and local management teams, ensuring accurate and consistent control environment while boosting operational performance and efficiency.

· Supporting strategic improvement initiatives and business cases in close collaboration with other TSH corporate teams.

· Driving budget, forecast, and financial planning cycles and stakeholder management from end to end.

· Analysing trends and opportunities through sharp market performance and benchmark analysis.

 

What You’ll Have

· You bring a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.

· You have 10+ years of experience in Business Control or FP&A, hospitality experience is a plus.

· You’ve led complex budgeting and forecasting cycles before (and enjoyed it).

· You have a sharp analytical mind and a hands-on, pragmatic working style.

· You’re a strong communicator who builds trust across teams.

· You’re fluent in English; Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is a bonus.
