Junior Revenue Manager

As Junior Revenue Manager, you oversee the revenue strategy of 2-3 hubs in The Netherlands, including M&E spaces and a coworking spaces. You translate strategic revenue management targets into tactical and operational property goals. The Revenue & Distribution department aims to optimize all revenue opportunities throughout the guest journey and maximize net revenues.

What You’ll Do
- You'll oversee strategical revenue management for your properties
- You'll deliver accurate revenue budget and forecasting planning per property
- You'll establish the pricing strategy and business mix within your properties
- You'll be analyzing/forecasting demand and ensuring effective selling strategies and use of distribution channels to support overall hotel profitability
- You'll be participating in and contributing to sales, triangle, and revenue management meetings
- You'll identify and flag opportunities and risks. Additionally, work within the local leadership team to implement a timely action plan
- Share your knowledge and support your team members when needed
- You'll secure the use of effective analysis and reporting tools to enhance decision-making
- You'll ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and SOPs
- You'll provide effective information gathering and analysis to identify and maximize all possible revenue opportunities
- You'll keep a helicopter view to oversee the performance of your properties
Who You Are
- You have an affinity with Revenue Management in a hospitality organisation
- You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in econometrics and/or, hotel or tourism management
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You have excellent MS Excel skills and experience with Power BI and or/ SQL is an advantage
- You are fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
- You have experience with property management systems and MEWS and Pace Revenue experience is an advantage
- You are a super strong team player and a great communicator
- You are structured, accurate, and professional
- You take ownership and responsibility for your work
- You are a proactive, positive, can-do attitude. You get the job done and challenge the status quo
