Learning & Development Intern
At The Social Hub we are committed to the growth and development of people. Therefore, the People X department is providing an internship position for a talented Learning & Development passionate in our TSH Academy team from September 2025 onwards. The TSH Academy is driven by fostering a culture of continuous learning, delivering innovative programs that support our team members at all stages of their careers and enable them to reach their full potential. During the internship you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills needed to thrive in this field.
Your mission should you choose to accept it…
As an L&D Intern, you will be part of the TSH Academy team whose mission is to support the growth and development of all TSH employees. We are working on exciting projects where you have the opportunity to support in the set up and evaluation of training initiatives as well as process design to improve the effectiveness of existing trainings. You will work directly with the Training Specialists to help drive impactful learning experiences, support program coordination, and collaborate on new projects that help reach our organizational goals. This is a great learning opportunity to gain a broad insight into the Learning & Development industry!

What You’ll Do
- Schedule and organize training sessions, such as global onboardings, from A to Z. This includes coordination, organizing speakers, arranging equipment, managing invites and the registration process, making room bookings etc.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops for team members across all levels of the organization.
- Leverage our new Learning Management System (LMS) and support with the implementation of new processes, creation of automations and troubleshooting where needed to optimize training coordination.
- Support the creation and development of learning materials such as slide decks, e-learning modules, and other resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to help assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Participate and support in ongoing team projects.
- Conduct research on current L&D trends to help keep our team informed and innovative.
Who You Are
- You are following a bachelor's or Master's in the direction of Hospitality, Education, Organizational Psychology, HR or similar.
- You must be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship.
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
- You are a person with a curious mind and consider yourself as tech-savvy who likes to picks up new systems with ease.
- Interacting with people is your thing!
- You have a strong attention to detail and a critical eye.
- You consider yourself as pro-active and have a hands-on mentality.
- You love letting your creativity flow and you’re eager to share your ideas.
- Helping people develop service and people skills and supporting their growth is something that makes you tick.
