Bartender (M / F / X)

As a Bartender (F/M/X) at The Social Hub, you're a key player in creating amazing guest experiences. You'll bring your positive vibes, professional skills, and love for great drinks to every shift, making guests feel right at home. You'll stay in the loop about what's happening in the hub, from events to our F&B standards. 

Behind the bar, you'll craft delicious cocktails, mocktails, pour the perfect beer, and serve up all kinds of drinks with style and flair. When things get busy, you'll jump in to help with restaurant and bar tasks to keep everything running smoothly. With your can-do attitude, eye for detail, and genuine passion for service, you'll help make every guest's experience one to remember.

What You’ll Do: 

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, beers, and other beverages with skill, speed, and a smile. 
• Create an inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel welcome and eager to return. 
• Be the ultimate multitasker - taking orders, making drinks, and ensuring smooth bar operations all at once. 
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, and spotless. 
• Follow all safety, health, and compliance guidelines. 
• Jump in to support the restaurant team when needed. 
• Share your bartending knowledge with colleagues, helping to create a team that’s as skilled as it is supportive. 

What You’ll Have: 

• 1-2 years of experience in bartending, mixology, or a hospitality/bar environment is a plus. 
• A passion for crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with an eye for detail and quality. 
• Strong communication skills - you know how to engage guests and create a lively atmosphere. 
• The ability to stay cool under pressure and handle busy shifts like a pro. 
• Fluency in English and French (bonus points for extra languages!). 
• A team-player mentality with a proactive, positive attitude.
