Waiter / Waitress (M / F / X)
As a Waiter/Waitress (F, M, X) at The Social Hub, you are the social heart of The Social Hub. By that, we mean that you will bring good energy, a sense of fun, and make our guests feel welcome. You will be fully aware of all activities taking place in the Hub, including familiarity with the content of the Daily Shift brief, Events, and of course our F&B Operational Excellence Standards. You love to make connections; meeting and greeting guests and working within the team to create a fun and welcoming vibe. You will provide attentive, friendly, empathetic service to all our guests, offering a warm welcome and making their stay unforgettable.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding service with a friendly and professional attitude so that guests feel welcome and valued.
- Act as the key connection between guests and the kitchen/bar, making sure that special dietary requirements are met.
- Provide expert recommendations on food and beverages, confidently guiding guests through the menu.
- Maintain a seamless flow of service by efficiently managing tables, clearing and resetting as needed.
- Support event setups according to Banqueting Event Orders (BEOs).
- Keep operations running smoothly by following SOPs, adhering to health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness in all service areas.
- Work closely with your colleagues, supporting and uplifting one another to create a strong and inclusive team.
What You’ll Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but a passion for F&B and guest service is key!
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a bonus!).
- A proactive, positive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
