(Junior) Commercial Steering Manager (gn)

Your start in the Commercial Team at ESN & More Nutrition! 

As a (Junior) Commercial Steering Manager (gn) you will drive transparency and performance steering across our B2B business. You will own key steering processes and build scalable solutions to support commercial decisions and contribute to our B2B growth. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure we meet our commercial goals.

Your mission

• You own and continuously develop our weekly NOI steering across brands, channels, and accounts
• You analyze and assess demand plan changes and forecast adjustments to identify revenue impact and improvement areas
• You support and actively contribute to yearly strategy and budgeting processes, as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews
• You support Pricing & Trade Terms initiatives
• You build and continuously improve steering tools and dashboards to increase automation and transparency
• You collaborate with and manage stakeholders across different functions to drive ad-hoc projects

Your experience & skills

• You have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a leading consulting firm, in strategy and/or business development, or in a start-up environment
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on attitude and a focus on fast execution
• You are able to structure and manage complex projects and processes
• You have solid knowledge of Excel and feel comfortable building and maintaining models, deriving insights, and automating workflows
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
