Region Manager Nordics (gn) - ESN

Your mission

  • You are responsible for developing and executing the regional strategy to drive market growth in the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden), covering marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience
  • You lead the go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful market entry, coherent localization, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives
  • You maintain a strong brand presence and ensure consistent regional strategy execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and localizing global strategies
  • You build and strengthen the local network, including relationships with key opinion leaders, communities, and strategic partners to expand brand reach
  • You continuously optimize performance by identifying growth levers, implementing strategic actions, and realizing both quick wins and long-term initiatives
  • You collaborate closely with the leadership team to align approaches, secure support, and drive country performance
  • You take full ownership of the region’s P&L, ensuring profitable and scalable growth
  • You develop and present business plans, market analyses, and reports to enable data-driven decision-making and track success

Your experience & skills

  • You bring deep market expertise with a strong understanding of the Nordic sports nutrition market, including consumer behavior, competitors, key products, and sales channels
  • You have proven experience in scaling brands within the region, ideally in a leadership role such as Regional Manager, Country Manager, or similar, with a track record of managing P&L responsibility
  • You bring solid marketing experience, including localizing strategies, executing campaigns or local marketing activations, and adapting central brand guidelines to fit consumer preferences in Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden
  • You have a well-established network within the fitness and sports communities, with strong connections to key opinion leaders
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing a versatile skill set that combines strategic vision, initiative, creativity, and hands-on execution
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
  • You align with ESN’s core values, demonstrating an athlete mindset, a passion for sports (e.g., bodybuilding, hybrid fitness), and expertise in sports nutrition
  • You are fluent in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) and English
