Senior Social Content Executive
This role suits someone hands-on, performance-driven and obsessed with social-first storytelling.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Owning the performance and growth of Gymshark Women’s Instagram channel
- Building and managing a high-performing, repeatable social content system
- Planning, creating and publishing social-first content with strong creative judgement
- Leading how product is brought to life on social in a scroll-stopping way
- Testing, learning and optimising content using performance insights
- Leading execution of key social moments, launches and campaigns
- Acting as a critical second pair of eyes on content, briefs and ideas
- Supporting and guiding Social Content Executives day to day
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience in a social media content role
- Strong experience creating content for Instagram and other social platforms
- Proven track record of delivering KPI-driven results
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive self-starter with strong ownership mindset
- Strong understanding of cultural, community and product-led storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut
