Brand Activations Executive
OVERVIEW:
This role supports the planning and delivery of Gymshark brand activations across global and regional markets, helping bring our community‑first experiences to life through strong operations, brand‑right execution and smooth cross‑functional coordination. As a Brand Activations Executive, you’ll assist project owners, manage key tasks and work streams, maintain accurate documentation and communication, and help deliver activations that strengthen Gymshark’s connection with its community.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Supporting the planning and execution of brand activations across multiple markets.
- Managing assigned tasks and work streams with consistency, accuracy and professional conduct.
- Representing themselves and the Brand Activations team professionally in meetings and stakeholder interactions when appropriately briefed.
- Maintaining documentation, schedules, trackers, status reports and operational tools.
- Handling logistics, supplier admin, POs, invoices and other project administration.
- Communicating updates to internal teams with clarity and reliability.
- Contributing ideas to creative brainstorms, sourcing references and suppor ting the development of presentation decks and brief responses.
- Assisting on the ground during activations - supporting the team, the suppliers and the customers ensuring a smooth deliver y.
- Supporting cross-functional teams to keep all par ts of the project moving as directed (Brand, Creative, Social, Partenrships, Comms, Retail, Product).
- Taking ownership of small work streams and delivering independently once briefed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in events, activations, marketing, production or similar operational roles
- Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
- Confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to solve problems proactively and professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft platforms, Google Suite, deck creation and project management tools
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the fitness, community & creator landscape
- Calm, positive and solutions-focused in pressure moments
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in community events, experiential marketing, ambassador suppor t or retail activations
- Experience working with suppliers, agencies or talent
- Experience supporting creative or production workflows
- Understanding of brand identity and tone
This position can be based in either the Solihull or London office. The role will require regular travel, including international trips. It may also involve weekend work and occasional out-of-hours commitments, so flexibility is essential.
