THE ROLE.

We’re looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Analyst to support strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence across our distribution network. This role plays a key part in improving efficiency, reducing cost, and optimising performance across our logistics operations, working closely with internal teams and our third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will:

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution network to drive operational excellence
Partner closely with 3PL providers to align on performance objectives, share best practices, and deliver joint improvement projects
Analyse current distribution processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies to identify optimisation opportunities
Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve service levels
Develop, track, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives across internal and 3PL‑operated sites
Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to embed problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindsets
Support process standardisation and ensure consistent application across all distribution centres and partner operations
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative operational solutions
Prepare and present progress updates and insights to senior stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.

This role could be a great fit if you bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
2+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles with a focus on continuous improvement
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage projects and influence across teams
Experience working in a multi‑site distribution or logistics environment (highly desirable)
