Senior Paid Search Executive - 12m FTC
OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Paid Search Executive (12m-FTC) you will take ownership of executing key regional campaigns and managing performance across the full marketing funnel. This role is central to driving the Paid Search strategy across specific global regions, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and delivering measurable results.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead key Paid Search campaigns, ensuring innovation, testing, and best practices are embedded throughout.

Identify optimisation opportunities and continually evolve standards of campaign excellence.

Manage and mentor Paid Search Executives, supporting task prioritisation, development, and performance.

Deliver weekly and monthly reporting focused on actionable insights for the Paid Search team, Marketing, and Senior Management.

Conduct ongoing performance analysis to inform optimisations and demonstrate Paid Search's contribution to business growth.

Develop and execute campaign plans aligned to strategic objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share knowledge, and refine measurement.

Activate the latest alpha/beta opportunities to keep Gymshark at the forefront of Paid Search innovation.

Expand regional Paid Search strategies in line with business goals, ensuring efficient budget utilisation.

Ensure visibility across key paid search platforms with audience-relevant placements.

Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to gain insights and strategic recommendations.

Adopt a continuous test-and-learn approach, using audience and creative insights to improve performance.

Follow best practices in account structure and campaign management.

Proactively explore and test new platform features, formats, and placements.

Stay up to date with industry trends to support personal and professional growth.

Manage tasks effectively, communicate risks, and ensure timely completion.
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE
- Previous Paid Search experience in-house or within an agency
- Experience in using Google AdWords Editor and bid management tools.
- Experience optimising all Paid Search activity, including bid management, creative and competitor benchmarking
- Confident in presenting findings to the team
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences
- Confident in querying data and problem solving
- Ability to analyse data and report on findings
- Competent with Excel
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes
WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:
- An understanding and appreciation for the wider marketing funnel and how channels work together for success.
- Experience managing budget across multiple accounts, campaigns and regions
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
